Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Plush Kat PR Agency ("Plush Kat", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Plush Kat provides public relations and marketing services to clients ("Clients"). Our services may include but are not limited to media relations, social media management, content creation, event planning, and reputation management.

Client Engagement

Clients engage our services by signing a separate agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, and other terms ("Service Agreement"). The Service Agreement supersedes these Terms in the event of any conflict.

Payment

Clients are responsible for paying fees for the services provided by Plush Kat as outlined in the Service Agreement. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the Service Agreement.

Confidentiality

Plush Kat agrees to keep confidential all information provided by Clients, including but not limited to business plans, strategies, and sensitive data. We will not disclose or use this information for any purpose other than providing services to the Client, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Plush Kat retains all rights to any intellectual property created during the provision of services, including but not limited to written content, designs, and strategies. Clients may use these materials solely for the purposes outlined in the Service Agreement and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Plush Kat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to any Client for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to us under the Service Agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Clients are responsible for paying any fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the provision of services shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Oregon, United States of America.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our services after the posting of such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
