REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Plush Kat PR Agency LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure that our clients are satisfied. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to help manage any changes to our services.

1. Cancellation Policy:

Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients wishing to cancel any service must provide a written notice to Plush Kat PR Agency LLC at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service or project start date. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total agreed-upon service fee will apply if notice is given within the 14-day period.

Agency-Initiated Cancellations: Plush Kat PR Agency LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services if necessary. In such cases, clients will be notified at least 7 days in advance. If a service is canceled by the agency, the client will receive a full refund for any payments made, or the service will be rescheduled at the client’s preference.

Event/Photoshoot Cancellations: For scheduled events or photoshoots, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in a 50% refund of the total fee.

2. Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure booking for services, events, or projects with Plush Kat PR Agency LLC. The deposit amount is not refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds for services rendered or completed are not available. If the client is dissatisfied with the work, Plush Kat PR Agency LLC will work with the client to address concerns and revise the deliverables to meet expectations. Refunds are only available in cases where the agency has failed to deliver services as agreed upon, after reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

Refund Requests: To request a refund for services, the client must submit a written request within 7 days of the service or project completion. Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon approval of the request.

3. Late Payments: Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for each week payment is overdue. If payment is not received within 30 days, Plush Kat PR Agency LLC reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.

4. Force Majeure: Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this policy due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or other force majeure events.

5. Modifications to the Policy: Plush Kat PR Agency LLC reserves the right to amend this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised policy will apply to services booked after the notification date.

By booking services with Plush Kat PR Agency LLC, the client agrees to abide by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
